Krinio connects content creators with fans around specific content ideas. Creators publish ideas, fans contribute voluntary Support, and both can see interest in the project before production begins.
Video creators, cover singers, artists, makers and other online creators whose work takes time or money to produce. Fans can explore ideas and support the ones they care about.
Fans can support individual ideas with one-time payments. Creator memberships are optional plans for the creator’s own Krinio account.
No. Support is voluntary and creates no obligation to deliver content, even when a funding goal is reached. Creators retain their creative discretion. The refund policy explains request windows and applicable rights.
Yes. Signing up, posting ideas, and browsing are completely free for both creators and fans. Krinio takes a flat 8% platform fee on every support payment, plus Stripe payment processing fees and any applicable taxes. The creator keeps the rest. Paid memberships and the three free Creator Pro months for waitlist members reduce that fee to 4%. Stripe Connect fees: current pricing. During open beta, every eligible creator can purchase the limited Founding Ambassador lifetime membership while stock and the sales window remain available. One payment, no renewal, no expiry date. It includes a reduced 4% platform fee plus extra perks, under our Terms.
Every creator on Krinio goes through a verification process that links their Krinio profile to their existing social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, podcast platforms, etc.). You'll see a verified badge on authenticated profiles so you can be confident you're supporting the real creator. Creators who have not completed verification or connected their social platforms are unable to receive support payments.
Every Support payment is processed immediately as a direct Stripe charge to the creator. A funding goal is an approximate demand and planning signal, not an escrow condition, delivery promise, or automatic refund trigger. The creator may produce the idea before the goal, after it, or decide not to produce it. For an accidentally incorrect amount, duplicate, unrecognized, unauthorized, technical, or other exceptional payment issue, email support@krinio.com within 30 calendar days to request discretionary review. Krinio may be able to initiate a refund, but cannot guarantee one. Mandatory consumer and payment rights remain unaffected.
Both. Creators can pitch their own ideas, and fans can publicly suggest content to creators who have connected and activated Stripe. A suggestion requires an initial Support payment of at least $10, goes live as soon as that payment succeeds, has no funding goal, and remains open for additional Support for 14 days. The creator does not approve or decline it and is not required to make the content. They can report an inappropriate suggestion for admin review and removal. Support payments are generally final. An exceptional refund review may be requested at support@krinio.com within 30 calendar days, but a refund is not guaranteed and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Every profile and every idea has its own link. Copy your profile link with the share button on your profile, or an idea link with Share on the idea page, and add it to your channel links, video descriptions and pinned comments. For videos and livestreams, download the video overlay from your profile. Its QR code opens your Krinio profile, so viewers can scan it straight from the screen.

Krinio's open beta was planned for 1 October 2026 and is postponed until a payment provider for Support payments is in place. There is no new date yet. Join the waitlist and we email you as soon as there is one. Confirmed members who join before open beta opens receive a personal code for three months of Creator Pro once it opens. Confirmed members who join before open beta opens receive a personal code for three months of Creator Pro: the reduced 4% platform fee, unlimited active ideas and fan suggestions, entry into the Creator Spotlight pool, and the right to request a manually reviewed verification mark. The code is emailed once open beta opens, works once, and stays valid for 30 days. Redeeming it requires a Krinio account with at least one connected channel, an active Stripe payout account in a supported country, and one published idea. After the three months the account moves to the Free plan on its own. No payment card is needed to join, and there is no automatic renewal. Members also receive Krinio launch news and updates about limited Ambassador releases. Joining is free. The waitlist does not reserve or unlock a lifetime license; during open beta, the Founding Ambassador release is sold to eligible creators on a first come, first served basis while stock and the sales window remain available.
