Stripe handles the sensitive details
You enter identity, tax and bank details in Stripe's secure form. Krinio only stores the connected account identifier and its readiness status.
Before you begin
Have the real account details ready
Stripe's checklist depends on your country and legal form. Have these details ready:
- Your legal name, date of birth, address, phone number and email
- A public creator website or the complete URL of an active social profile
- A bank account that can receive payouts for you or your registered business
- A valid identity document and, if requested, proof of address or company documents
Step 1
Open Payouts and choose your country
Open Payouts, select your legal country, then choose Connect with Stripe. Krinio resumes an unfinished setup automatically.
Choose carefully before continuing
The country cannot be changed after the connected account is created. If yours is missing, request it and wait for it to be added.
Step 2
Complete the Stripe-hosted form
Follow Stripe's fields and use information that matches your legal records. Stripe may ask for additional documents.
Step 3
Return to Krinio and check the status
Stripe returns you to Krinio. Publishing becomes available when Stripe activates card payments for the connected account.
Connected
Stripe reports that card payments are active. Krinio can publish your ideas and let them receive Support.
Action needed
Stripe still needs information. Choose Finish setup or Update payout details and complete the requested fields.
Checking
Stripe is processing the submitted information. Krinio rechecks the account briefly after you return. Document review can take longer.
Status unavailable
Krinio could not reach Stripe. The connection is not removed. Wait a few minutes and check again before changing anything.

If setup does not finish
Check the status on Payouts first.
I started with the wrong account or country
If setup is incomplete, remove the unfinished connection and start again. For a ready account, contact support@krinio.com.
Stripe asks for more information
Choose Finish setup or Update payout details and complete the fields Stripe requests.
My country is not listed in Krinio
Request your country and wait for it to be added. Krinio's rollout can be narrower than Stripe's availability.
